Step 1

The purpose of the Zoom call is to:

1) Know your goals
2) Help me understand the issue you have and how to move forward

3) See if we are a good match.
Step 2 RTT
RTT Session - 2 hours
The First Session: Begins with 10 quick questions about Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) and go over your Intake Form.
​
Intake Form is for you to fill out prior to the first session, outlining your concerns, desired life outcomes, and brief background.
​
During this session, you will be in a state of hypnosis (deeply relaxed). Your mind will take you back to the past to re-visit 3 or more of your experiences. The objective is to understand how, why, when, and where you acquired the issues you want to resolve.
Your mind remembers the experiences and you will observe them, like watching a movie. But you will NOT relive them.
My powerful questions will lead you to find the root cause of your issue.
Step 3 RTT
Listen to Your Hypnotherapy Recording
for 21 days
Our minds learn by repetition. I will make a 10 to 12 minutes recording
of my voice with personalized content that will help you reprogram
your subconscious mind with empowering words and images. ​

​It is very important to listen to the recording twice daily for 21 days, preferably first thing in the morning and before going to bed

listening every other day for another 21 days to strengthen positive neural circuits so that healthy, positive thinking becomes your habit, and
you become more resilient in any situation.

Your stress hormones will be reduced and you'll feel calm. You will
find clarity and develop more cognitive thinking.

• I recommend doing 2-3 RTT sessions with a 2 to 3-week interval between each session, depending on the intensity of your experiences and other life concerns.
• I will check-in for a follow-up between sessions
via email.
• If needed, we can do one or more Support Sessions (without going back to the past) for an hour each.
• Final follow-ups will be via email after 7 days and on Zoom for 20 minutes after 21 days.
Step 4 RTT
Step 2 Support Session
Although you have a keen interest in RTT, you would rather not undergo hypnosis
or visit three scenes. However, you are open to scheduling RTT sessions at any time.
1 hour each session, every week for a total of 12 weeks recommended.​

The first session will begin with 10 quick questions about Adverse Childhood Experiences followed by a review of your Intake Form.

The Intake Form is a document for you to fill out prior to the first session,
outlining your concerns, desired life outcomes, and brief background.

During the sessions, we focus on your thoughts in the current situation.
​​
By examining your thought process every week, you will be able to catch your
own negative patterns and actions, find the root cause of your issue, and reframe
them to beneficial ways for becoming who you want to be and your desirable life.
