To heal and transform yourself, it is necessary for you to understand yourself deeper.

I will guide you to find the root cause of your issue. I’ll help you release and express your embedded feelings and unresolved emotional unmet needs to reduce the conscious or
unconscious pain as soon as possible. 

You might not be aware of your emotional pain because you have lived in the same condition
for a long time. 


You might have suppressed it or tried to become numb to it. Then the condition became your norm. When you do that, emotions group up and become stronger than before.  

You might have experienced traumatic events in the past, but you don't remember them

on a conscious level. Your subconscious mind will tell you what you need to know with Hypnosis.

Step 1

30-minute Clarity Call (no cost)

On Zoom

The purpose of the Zoom call is to:

1) Know your goals

2) Help me understand the issue you have and how to move forward
3) See if we are a good match.




Step 2

RTT Session - approximately 2 hours 

RTT sessions define and clarify what you truly want in your life on a deep level. This is very important, so you can focus on it and get to that place faster.

During this session, you will be in a state of hypnosis (deeply relaxed). I will take you back to the past to revisit
3 or more of your experiences. The objective is to understand how, why, when, and where you acquired the issues you want to resolve.

Your mind remembers the experiences and you will observe them, like watching a movie. But you will NOT relive them.

We will find the root cause of the issue. You will let go of negative thoughts and beliefs. Then you will start reprogramming your subconscious mind to achieve a more positive and healthy outlook on life.

Step 3

Listen to Your Hypnotherapy Recording
for 21

Our minds learn by repetition. I will make a 10 to 12 minutes recording of my voice with customized content that will help you reprogram your subconscious mind with empowering

words and images.

Your stress hormones will be reduced and you'll feel calm. You will find clarity and develop more cognitive thinking.  

​It is very important to listen to the recording twice daily, preferably
first thing in the morning and before going to bed, for 21 days


Listen 2 - 3 times/week for another 21 days 

so that the positive thoughts become your habits

May Repeat Step 2 and 3

•    I recommend - 3 RTT sessions ( 1 hour for each session) and in some cases 6 RTT sessions, with 2 to 3 weeks between sessions. 

•    I check-in for a follow-up between sessions
via email. 

•    When the RTT sessions are done, if necessary, we will do one or more Support Sessions/coaching for
1 hour each.

•    Then final follow-ups,
  after 7 days by email and after 21 days on Zoom for 15 minutes.

If you prefer to do a session without hypnosis first before your RTT session, please let me know.

We will do a Support Session/coaching prior to your fist RTT session: Go over your Intake form (your list of concerns and what you want in your life) and practice how to go into the state of hypnosis, which is pretty easy. 

Also I might suggest Support Session(s) before and/or after RTT sessions case by case basis. 

In the state of hypnosis, your nervous system is relaxed and your defense mechanism (fight/flight/freeze/fawn responses) is absent so that you can easily let in healthy, positive suggestions. 

You are always aware of what's going on around you under hypnosis.
