What is RTT® (Rapid Transformational Therapy®)?

Why does RTT® use hypnosis in the therapy?

•  To find the root cause of your issue(s), heal and transform you effortlessly.
•  About 95% of your daily actions are the result of automatic responses to thoughts in your subconscious mind. That means only 1 to 5% of your decisions are made consciously and it’s difficult to logically change your behavior.

  • RTT® identifies and clarifies what you truly want in life on a deep level, so you can get there faster. 

  • RTT® focuses on your past, present, and desired future.

  • Our minds and bodies respond to past experiences that are highly emotional.  

  • RTT® focuses on emotions, feelings, and meanings attached to your past experiences. You DO NOT relive it during the session. You just observe it with fascination. 

  • After emotional wounds are healed, almost immediately, positive biological changes occur in your body which affect your immune system, hormones, cells, and DNA.

  • Every day for at least 21days, you listen to your recording of my voice with customized content.  That will help you reprogram your subconscious mind with positive and healthy words and images. Your brain creates neuropathways which affect your decision making, cognitive thinking, emotional regulations and more. What does Hypnosis do to me?

What is subconscious mind?


  • Subconscious mind is like a recorder, records all of your sensations, emotions, feelings, thoughts and beliefs from your past experiences (sensed and learned reflections and responses of people around you) a starting as young as you are in your mother’s womb.  

  • From 0 to 6 or 7-years-old, our subconscious mind sensing environment; expression of emotions, feelings, thoughts and beliefs of your caregiver, family, relatives, school, community, culture, and religion.  A blueprint for your life is programmed in your subconscious mind.  

  • By age 5, you already learned half of life.

  • Hypnosis is a sleep of the nervous system, but not about being asleep.  You become suggestible to health and positive thoughts in a light meditation state.

  • In the state of hypnosis, you are in control of your mind and body.  You are still aware of your surrounding.  You can come back to your awareness when necessary. 

   •  You can connect to your subconscious mind and become more aware of your deeply             embedded thoughts and beliefs.  

   •  You can let in the positive words, images, and feelings you’ve needed for a long time.             And your actions will change effortlessly.

  • If our Zoom call ever gets disconnected during a session, in the state of hypnosis, you would notice it and simply open your eyes and come back to your conscious awareness. Then we could resume the session from where we left off.

How long does it take for me to see the results? 

The transformation happens in 3 ways depend on the individual:   

  • Immediate

  • Accumulative (in a few months)

  • Retro-active (the people around you notice the change while you are not aware of. When you look back, you see the change).
