Hello, I'm Yoko Isabella.

I'm a certified Rapid Transformational Therapist

and a certified Rapid Transformational Clinical Hypnotherapist.

For instance, addictions. The fear of what may happen if you stop an addiction can often override the desire to quit.  

Addictions are to stop the feelings that you don't want to feel.

Benefit from the convenience
of having online sessions from
your own home 

The session should be done in a quiet, undisturbed place.

A computer or smart phone with a reliable Internet connection is required; however, a desktop or laptop computer is preferred. 

If our Zoom call ever gets disconnected during a session, in the state of hypnosis, you would notice it and simply open your eyes and come back to your conscious awareness. Then we could resume the session from where we left off.

Be familiar with these beneficial habits:

Focus on what “you want to be”, NOT what “you don't want to be”.

Use constructive words and create positive images in your mind always. 

Praise yourself for any small or big achievements every day.

Connect with Nature - be in nature, touch trees, plants, sand or stones,
and feel the warmth of the sun.

Breathe: take deep breaths, 5 counts each, inhaling through the nose
and exhaling through the mouth. 6 times per minute for at least 2 minutes
per day. It calms and relaxes your mind and body.
